Who operates JustaAI
JustaAI is developed and published under the PKInspired brand. References to JustaAI in this policy include the systems and services used to operate the product.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you use JustaAI, you may choose to submit information through our forms. This includes:
- Account information, such as your name and email address, when you choose to register
- Email addresses submitted through the newsletter signup form
- Contact details (name, company, email) submitted through the advertise or sponsor enquiry form
- Tool information and contact email submitted through the tool submission form
- Five-star tool ratings submitted through a signed-in account
Usage and activity data
We may automatically collect certain usage data when you visit JustaAI, including:
- Pages viewed and tools clicked
- Search queries entered on the site
- Outbound link clicks to third-party tools
- General usage patterns and interactions within the app
- For signed-in users: account creation date, first and last recorded login, last active date, active days, saved favourites, AI Advisor usage counts, and tool ratings
How we use your information
- To operate and improve the JustaAI platform
- To review tool submissions and manage the directory
- To respond to sponsor or advertiser enquiries
- To understand which tools and pages are popular
- To improve recommendations, rankings, and search results
- To understand whether registered users return and which account features are useful
- To calculate tool ratings, prevent duplicate votes, and identify possible rating misuse
- To send newsletters to subscribers who have separately opted in
Cookies and analytics
JustaAI may use basic analytics, cookies, or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site. General visitor analytics are assessed in aggregate. When you sign in, limited activity information described above is associated with your account so we can understand account engagement and improve registered-user features.

JustaAI links to third-party AI tools, products, and websites. Once you leave JustaAI and visit an external site, their privacy policy and terms apply. JustaAI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or data handling of third-party websites.
Sponsored and affiliate links
Some placements, listings, or outbound links on JustaAI may be sponsored or affiliate-based. Where this is the case, placements are clearly labelled as 'Sponsored'. JustaAI may receive compensation for featured placements or clicks on affiliate links.
Data storage
Account activity and information submitted through JustaAI forms (such as newsletter signups, tool submissions, ratings, or sponsor enquiries) are stored within the JustaAI platform and the systems used to operate the service. Names and email addresses associated with ratings are not displayed publicly and are restricted to administrators. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
Creating an account, submitting forms, and rating tools are optional. Registering for an account does not subscribe you to marketing. You can update your rating by rating the same tool again. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information and ratings by contacting us.
Retention
We retain account and activity information only while it is reasonably needed to operate, secure, measure, or improve JustaAI, or to meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.
